3 Scenarios for a Post Martial Law Tyrannical America
We should choose the 3rd one

After reading about Trump calling up California's national guard to quell peaceful protests yesterday, I scrapped my original essay for this week and conjured up three scenarios that I envision for a post-martial law tyrannical America.
The first two are completely plausible and completely horrific. The third is also plausible and unbelievably wonderful.
Here they are:
Scenario 1
June 2025: Trump calls National Guard to quell peaceful protests in LA.
July-August 2025: Military incites violence but blames protesters.
September ’25-September ’26: Trump invokes martial law in United States, violent protests are now constant, and U.S. citizens are killed daily.
October 2026: Trump cancels elections—claiming it’s the only way to keep people safe.
January 2027: Trump pressures a now-illegal Republican majority in Congress to give ultimate power to him and pass laws that render our judiciary powerless.
March 2027: Supreme Court blocks Trump, but by that time Trump has filled military, FBI, and DOJ with enough corrupt sycophants to block enforcement of SCOTUS ruling.
April 2027: Trump throws SCOTUS and Democrats in jail for breaking new "Patriotism Laws" that his illegal congressional majority passed specifically to imprison his opposition.
July 4th, 2027: U.S. becomes a dictatorship.
Scenario 2
June 2025: Trump calls National Guard to quell peaceful protests in LA.
July-December 2025: Military incites violence but blames protesters, U.S citizens die.
January 2026: Musk, Thiel, Andreeson, Yarvin, and other tech oligarchs in Thiel’s orbit bribe Republicans in Congress to remove Trump using 25th amendment, citing government military overreach and killing of U.S. citizens.
February 2026: Trump is impeached. World rejoices and calls these men heroes. Tesla stock reaches all-time high.
March 2026: J.D. Vance becomes President of the United States, gives Peter Thiel’s Palantir huge government contract to monitor dissidents —which it can do because DOGE’s attacks on Social Security and IRS gave Palantir all of our information.
April 2026: Professors, artists, and progressive political organizers—the leading voices telling us that Palantir has created a police state, and who can now be easily located with universal face-recognition technology—disappear in black vans.
May-August 2026:
Unrest and violent protests occur in all major cities throughout the U.S.
Trump-supporting militias and progressive militias fight against the government and each other.
October 2026: Vance cancels elections—claiming it’s the only way to keep people safe.
January 2027: Vance bribes a now-illegal Republican majority in Congress to give ultimate power to him and pass laws that render our judiciary powerless.
March 2027: Supreme Court blocks Vance, but by that time Vance has co-opted all of Trump's corrupt stooges in the military, FBI, and DOJ who already promised Trump that they wouldn’t enforce any SCOTUS rulings that took power away from the executive branch.
April 2027: Vance throws SCOTUS and Democrats in jail for breaking new "Patriotism Laws" that his illegal congressional majority passed specifically to imprison his opposition.
July 4th, 2027: U.S. becomes a dictatorship and enters the “Dark Enlightenment” envisioned by Yarvin and embraced by Vance, where tech companies run the world and the working class are treated like cattle.
Scenario 3
June 2025: Trump calls National Guard to quell peaceful protests in LA.
July 2025: Military incites violence but blames protesters.
August 2025: Trump invokes martial law in United States, violent protests are now constant, and U.S. citizens are killed daily.
September 2, 2025: A new citizen’s movement--lead by Indivisible, Project 50501, leftist labor unions--join the Working Families Party to announce plans for a General Strike on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, until the following condition is met:
Ensure that the November 2026 elections are held fairly
November 2025: Structure Test #1: Millions of workers wear buttons that say “On 9/8/26, We’re Taking America Back.”
January 2026: Structure Test #2:
Millions of workers take an extra 15 minutes of their lunch break—showing that they are able to disrupt companies around the country.
Churches/Synagogues/Mosques of all denominations form a mutual aid coalition and make a call to start collecting canned food for strikers.
Democratic Party, late to the game as usual, joins the movement but also tries to take ownership over it.
March 2026: Structure Test #3:
Millions of works call in sick, thoroughly scaring the oligarchs who realize that an organized working class can bankrupt their companies.
Working Families Coalition creates a strike fund, raising millions to pay striker’s bills while they’re on strike.
Democratic Party is infiltrated by Working Families Party, Chuck Schumer is removed as minority leader and replace by Bernie Sanders.
May 2026: Structure Test #4:
Millions of workers take Friday off.
America’s doctors and nurses sign up for the strike, saying they’ll provide healthcare free of charge to strikers while on strike.
Democratic Party votes to dissolve and join the Working Families Party, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez becomes Minority Leader in the House.
July 2026 Structure Test #5:
Millions of workers take off Thursday and Friday the week before July 4th
“Take Back America” July 4th parades, organized by Working Families coalition in every major city, take place and promote upcoming strike.
Strikers are told where they’ll be able to get free food, free healthcare, and their bills paid while striking.
September 8, 2026—the day after Labor Day.
Millions of workers commence a General Strike
Stock market hits all-time low after a week of striking.
Tech oligarchs are outmaneuvered by finance oligarchs who are seeing their portfolios vanish. They bribe Republican congress to overrule Trump/Vance’s cancellation of elections.
November 2026: Working Families Party wins a majority in the House of Representatives and Senate.
January 2027: Congress impeaches Trump and his entire administration, including JD Vance.
February 2027:
Congress invokes Article 3 of the 14th amendment, which prohibits anyone who was part of the 5-year insurrection against our country to ever run for federal office again.
Congress passes a constitutional amendment that overturns "Citizen's United" and takes dark money out of politics.
Nation starts its long healing process
Let's choose Scenario 3, because our families and children depend on it.

Kirk, I believe option 3 is a mistake. We must instead use the Rule of Law and Expel the 185 Insurrectionists, most who have served since 2020, then with 185 or so Republicans gone and that many vacant seats, we can Impeach Trump, Vance, Thomas and Alito.
We must ask people to press our Congress members hard NOW to Expel and Impeach. Note the if we impeach and convict both Trump and Vance then the White House is vacant. Then the House Speaker (who would be a Dem after Expelling 179 House members) and that Dem would become president to fill out the remainder of Trump's term.
We need to use the Rule of Law to stop Mr. Trump and NOT encourage people to take to the streets in a massive strike or civil disobedience effort.
In a massive strike many citizens would be shot or killed just as the Israeli's are doing to the Palestinians now in Gaza. Once the dogs of wars are let loose, many die.
So let us re-think and think deeper about what we should do. The possible solution is in front of our faces. The Insurrectionists are in charge and they must be removed by Congress using the 14th Amend. Sec. 3: "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof…"
